Melanie D. Law Office was created by its namesake with an Access to Justice Initiative inspired business model. Having grown up in a household that would not be able to afford legal services, Melanie has been passionate about this initiative to provide accessible and affordable legal services to the public by breaking down barriers and adapting to the ever changing environment.

This Law Office has been specifically designed to attack the access to justice crisis facing our community by providing services that are not currently available in Newfoundland and Labrador. We are an alternative law firm that strives to reach three ideals: Affordability, Accessibility and Adaptability. By providing a variety of payment planning options and services that are all within the client’s control of when and how to use these services, these three ideals can be met in each and every case.
