What is legal consulting?
Legal consultants provide expert legal advice, guidance and analysis services to businesses and organizations. A legal consultant is not the same as “in house counsel” as a legal consultant does not need to be hired on as an employee of the business or organization. Instead, a legal consultant is consulted on an as needed basis and this allows businesses and organizations to reduce the costs of legal support.
