Our firm strives to provide outstanding legal services and customer service to all clients, no matter the size of the fee or matter. Our goal is to develop long-term personal and professional relationships with each and every client so that they feel their concerns have been heard and their needs are being met. We provide an alternative law firm model that gives our clients more control and inclusion in their case, while building a collaborative relationship between lawyer and client. As Albert Einstein put it, “I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.”
How Do We Provide Accessible Legal Services to Clients of All Income Levels?
Lack of access to legal services is a growing problem in Newfoundland & Labrador with the high costs of legal representation being a major obstacle to many Newfoundlanders. Melanie D. Flynn Law Office strives to provide quality legal services at more accessible rates. We also offer a variety of payment options with the use of or a mixture of the following options, namely: flat rates, hourly rates, payment plans, free initial consultations (personal injury and/or wrongful dismissal matters only), contingency fee arrangements, legal coaching and unbundled legal services. Legal coaching and unbundling of services will allow for clients to take control of their cases and only pay for the services that they choose.
